Privacy Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
RehumanizeText is a free tool that rewrites AI-generated text you paste into it. This page explains what happens to that text, and to any other information collected while you use the site.
What we collect
RehumanizeText does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to use the tool.
When you submit text to be rewritten, we process:
- The text you paste — sent to our server, where our own fine-tuned model generates the rewrite.
- Your IP address— used only to enforce a daily limit on free rewrites, so the tool isn’t overwhelmed by automated abuse. It is held in server memory, not written to a database, and is cleared whenever the server restarts or is redeployed.
What we don’t do
- We don’t create accounts, profiles, or user histories.
- We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We don’t store the text you submit or the rewrites you receive after the request completes — there is no database behind this tool.
- We don’t sell or share your text with third parties for marketing.
- We don’t use your submitted text to train our own models.
How rewrites are generated
Text you submit is processed by our own fine-tuned model to generate the rewrite. We recommend not pasting sensitive personal, medical, financial, or legal information into any AI writing tool, including this one.
Server logs
Like most web servers, our hosting infrastructure may keep short-term technical logs (such as request timestamps and error traces) for debugging and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build user profiles and are not retained long-term.
Children’s privacy
RehumanizeText is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how your text is handled, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
